We are pleased to announce that Etsuko Tsugihara, founder and President of Sunny Side Up, has been selected to serve on the board for IPRA (International Public Relations Association). The assignment runs from January 1 through December 31, 2019.
14 people who represent PR and Advertising agencies from around the world have been selected for this year’s board. Etsuko is the only Japanese selected for 2019, and the first Japanese female board member in IPRA history. It has been 20 years since the last Japanese board member served in 1999.
IPRA (founded in 1955, headquartered in Britain) is a global PR organization that is recognized as an international non-governmental organization by the United Nations system. Currently, members consist of public relations practitioners from more than 100 countries around the world, and is considered the most representative international network of top-level professionals in the field.
